TaxManager - Manager - Performance Marketing (6-10 yrs)
- As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts to drive new seller acquisition. You will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our performance marketing strategy across both paid & organic channels, with a focus on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key job responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage paid search (SEM) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, bidding strategies, ad copy optimization, and landing page optimization.
- Run social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, focusing on audience targeting, creative development, and campaign optimization.
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Continuously test and optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve CPA, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage agency to implement SEO strategies to grow organic traffic.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with agencies and vendors.
- Build comprehensive and insightful reports highlighting key SEM, SMM & SEO metrics to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders & senior management.
- Work closely with internal teams across marketing, sales, and product development.
