Position Description :

- The Business Development Trainer/Sales Trainer position is responsible for building, training and leading a team of - business development professionals and tale-sellers focused on selling the corporate Accounting Course.

- This position will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with Business Development Executive and Telesales Team.

- Initially, this position will focus on training our team and personally winning new business to drive revenue. This position will hire and manage a small team of relationship managers and revenue-focused professionals as the business grows.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Driving sales activities to meet or exceed overall revenue targets

- Creating accurate forecasts and budgets and managing opportunities

- Design and execute orientation programs for sales teams

- Conduct on-boarding training sessions for new hires

- Act as a consultant to Business Development and Telesales people for challenges they face on job

 -Assign mentors and coaches to sales team members

- Observe how business development and salespeople interact with clients to identify areas of improvement

- Determine training needs both for individuals and teams

- Coordinate with digital Market team on lead generation and successful conversion

- Create and structure a sales organization, including hiring and leading sales and revenue-focused professionals

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

- 10 or more years of relevant professional experience

- A proven track record of successfully selling B2C educational or other professional services required

Additional Skills

- Prior experience, strong interest, and understanding of Edtech/education preferred

- Experience setting and meeting ambitious yet achievable revenue targets

- Proficiency with a highly consultative sales approach

- Expert written and verbal communication skills, including when creating proposals and presenting to or communicating with client senior executives

- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

- Ability to travel as needed
