Job Designation: Regional Sales manager - Fashion Retail Industry

DELHI NCR

We are seeking an enthusiastic Regional Sales manager for a women's western clothing brand to develop its retail and wholesale business. The candidate will lead initiatives to generate and develop its offline business. The candidate should have strong communication skills & have worked with a domestic women western wear brand for at least 4+years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Business with retails stores to achieve revenue targets in the assigned region- Delhi NCR

- Identify new business opportunities & develop relationships to grow business and help company expand into offline MBO Business.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

- Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.

- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the management.

- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to promote the company's products and services.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred (MBA Preferred)

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales in the fashion retail industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills

- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region

- Contacts with retailers and distributors to develop the markets within India (Added advantage)

Preferably an enthusiastic male candidate, residing near assigned location.
