Roles & Responsibilities

- Experienced candidates who understand the basics of cataloguing, and are ready to go the extra mile to make listings live on the platform

- Candidates from agency backgrounds who are well-versed with coordinating with the agencies/external vendors/freelancers to list the products on platform

- Should be able to provide support to agencies, vendors, sellers or category personnel to check the status of listings

- Should be well-versed with managing a CMS [Hybris Cockpit/Commerce] for instant updates

- Should have basic knowledge of image resizing, padding, and bulk upload

- Should have basic to intermediate excel skills for bulk listings of products via CSV templates

- Should be able to use content and excel hacks to speed up work, and be able to solve seller queries with respect to listings.

Soft skill :

Strong bias for action alongside strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

- Ownership to drive necessary initiatives end-to-end and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data and link category management data to retailer/business scenarios

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
