Tata AIG General Insurance - Sales Role - Digital Bancassurance (3-7 yrs)

Job Role -

- Drive execution and performance for the Digital sales channel across Bancassurance vertical with leading Banking partners in industry.

- Understanding of Technical Integrations, Payment gateways, Online Sales, Digital Sales journeys and User-Interface, User-Experience on Mobile Apps, Websites etc.

- Strong understanding of Digital user acquisition and marketing techniques to drive insurance business within partner's digital ecosystem.

- Understanding the business requirements and working closely with the various stakeholders like Technology, Compliance, Product teams to scope, develop, test, and implement digital solutions.

- To work closely with partner teams for smooth day-to-day digital engagements and reviews regularly. To identify digital campaign opportunities, internally and externally for business upside.

- Deep understanding of the Digital customer behaviour via secondary research. Work with internal/external stakeholders to create, operationalize, digital process flows and wireframes.

- Working with multiple internal stakeholders to prepare Digital Marketing materials like Banner, Emailers etc. Collaborate with central product team to Create and enhance documentation of processes, including but not limited to Process Notes, Scripts for Sales, SOPs, etc.

- Hands-on technical expertise of digital technology and marketing tools. Determine, measure and report performance and benchmarking activities against goals (ROI and KPIs) for all relevant metrics for Digital business, including but not limited to user behaviour, sales funnel, portfolio analysis (product mix, user drop-offs, STP conversions etc.)

Ideal Candidate :

- ROI, business, revenue and metrics-oriented mindset.

- 3 to 6 years experience in Digital Sales/Campaign management/ Project (Insurance / Financial Service Background / Internet Sales) with ideally post-graduation from a B-school.

- Prior experience as a product/business manager at a General Insurance, consumer internet company, InsurTech preferred but not essential.

- Experience in Digital and Campaign management, Partner management.

- Ability to Wireframe and creating prototypes will be a plus.
