Job Role :
1. Coordinating & Negotiating with producers to renew & retain business on everyday basis
2. Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer/producer feedback
3. Meeting with sales team to propose customer retention solutions
4. Building positive relationships with business associates
5. Working closely with all the stake holders
6. Meeting Monthly renewal targets
7. Handling producers & customers excalations
8. Ensures that the project/assigned work /department milestones/goals are met on given timeline
9. Skills Looking for - excellent communication skill, good sales & negotiation skills
