- You have strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our organizational Goals.

- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content for social media channels.

- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including publishing and monitoring posts, responding to comments, and analyzing metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the social media strategy as appropriate.

- Build relationships with key influencers and stakeholders in the industry to expand reach and engagement.

- Prepare and maintain a monthly social media platforms including facebook, twitter, Instagram,Youtube & managing calender too.

- Draft and publish a monthly analytic report on social media performance and respond to customer inquires and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management or similar role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytic tools.

- Experience creating and executing successful social media campaigns.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferably.

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
