What are we looking for?

Tars is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive for the US market to join our Sales Team and leverage your SaaS sales experience to drive growth through new client relationships. This role will focus on clients in North America, and you'll work closely with SDRs and Sales Engineers through the entire sales cycle.

What will you do?

- You will be identifying, negotiating, and closing deals in a defined territory. You will be working with CXOs of some of the biggest brands in the world. You will be working with them to build solutions that allow them to win.

- Manage and respond to incoming inbound and outbound lead requests.

- Partner with Account Managers in identifying and closing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

- Manage sales activity including monthly and quarterly forecasting of revenue

- Ensure quarterly quotas are reached and exceeded.

- Interface with all levels of the target organizations, including senior executives.

- Present Tars Conversational AI Solutions using value-based sales approaches and techniques working closely with our Solution Engineers and Customer Success Managers.

- Execution of sales activities with internal cross-functional teams, senior management, and corporate counsel, from contract negotiation all the way to signed contracts.

- You will actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and utilizing business referrals.

Who is a good fit?

- 3+ years of dedicated experience in full-cycle sales experience selling software or cloud-based applications for the US Market. Overall experience of 5 to 10 years.

- A track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement.

- Have closed $50K+ deals solo in a B2B SaaS.

- Ability to work and perform in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

- Willingness to work across time zones.

- A pro-active, independent thinker with a high energy/ positive attitude

- Ability to work internally across multiple departments (globally)

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

- Proven ability to position products against competitors

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
