Job description : 


Sales Manager will be responsible to direct and oversee the organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.

- Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

- Meeting planned sales goals.

- Train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives.

- Setting up individual sales targets with the sales team.

- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

- Coordinating with the marketing team on lead generation.

Mandatory Skills :

- Software skill -CRM

- Knowledge of accounting & finance concepts.

- Stakeholder management.

- Proven track record of positive sales performance.

- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

- Strong communication skills.

- Must be from MNC.
