- The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

- To be successful as a business development executive, you should attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele. Ultimately, an outstanding business development executive will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Contribute to the company's sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenues.

- Drive lead generation to acquire new customers & hit monthly sales targets.

- Manage key customer accounts.

- Manage the sales pipeline reporting weekly activities.

- Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.

- Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.

- Coordinate and monitor online sales activity.

- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.

- Present weekly sales reports.

- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.

- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities.

- Attend suitable exhibitions and industry conventions.

- Education and Experience.

- Experience in winning & closing sales opportunities.

- Business Degree (Preferable).

- Technical sales skills.

- Experience in software sales is advantageous.

- Tracking sales leads/opportunities using CRM

- Strong in carrying out market research

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree 3+ years in the sales industry

- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success

- Strong negotiation skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- CRM experience is preferred
