Job description : 


- Tapcrunch is looking to hire for hustlers with problem solving attitude for Affiliate/Sr Affiliate role in Adtech industry for Mobile Growth domain. Below is the Job responsibility :


1. Candidate will Lead and grow Affiliate partnerships towards CPI side of the business and build team under them.


2. Candidate should have worked in Affiliate/Ad tech industry for 1-5 years minimum.


3. Knowledge of Mobile (App Growth) primarily. Good add on if candidate has knowledge on web business (CPL, CPS)


4. Candidate should have good connects with Local and International affiliates.


5. Candidate should be able to bring in value and business on the table through existing industry relations.


6. Candidate should be adaptive and have problem solving attitude.


7. Knowledge of DSP platform like - Taboola, Appnext, Propeller etc is must.


8. Candidate would be responsible for managing delivery from Affiliates - campaigns/fraud management.


9. Candidate should have Knowledge on Fraud tools like - P360, mfilterit etc. and best practices to control fraud for efficient delivery.


- Have worked in Ad tech Affiliate industry for 1-5 years min.


- Knowledge of App vertical (CPI CPA). Knowledge of web and CPL is good add on.


- Good connects with Local and International affiliates.


- Should be able to bring in value and business on the table.


- Lead and grow Affiliate partnerships


- Candidate should be adaptive and have problem solving attitude.


- Knowledge of DSP platforms.


- Managing daily publisher communications and resolve queries to increase business.


- Take care of delivery happening through affiliates. Fraud management, campaign optimization to achieve the set goal.


- Only Apply if you have worked in Ad network before.
