Investor Experience (IX)

Business Experience (BX)

The Business Experience (BX) Team at Tap Invest is dedicated to providing swift and straightforward credit solutions to businesses. Consisting of specialists in sales, investments, operations, product, and engineering, this team is at the forefront of facilitating financial growth and stability. With partnerships established with over 75 businesses and raised over 150 Crore for them, the BX team exemplifies efficiency and expertise in financial support for businesses.

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and driven Sales Manager who excels in a fast-paced sales environment. This individual will contribute to the attainment of lead acquisition and conversion goals by engaging in calls, collaborating with channel partners, and generating interest while qualifying prospects.

Responsibilities:

- Establishing connections with company CXOs through LinkedIn, understanding their needs, and initiating initial discussions with the Clients

- Chalking out the Sales Plans and ensure to overachieve the desired targets

- Conducting daily calls to follow up on generated leads, both inbound and outbound, to assess their qualification.

- Handling both inbound and outbound calls to evaluate lead qualifications.

- Comprehending client requirements and effectively presenting product offerings.

- Qualifying leads and forwarding them to the respective stakeholders.

Requirements :

- Demonstrated expertise in handling incoming and outgoing calls.

- 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the fintech sector, preferably in Lending, supply chain finance, working capital products, Trade Finance, etc.

- Proven track record in successful lead generation and achieving sales targets.

- B2B sales experience is essential.

- Fundamental knowledge of business banking and lending products.

- Proficient in managing a high volume of calls daily with a strong phone presence.

- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Freshworks or equivalent.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Effective listening and presentation capabilities.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and efficiently manage time.
