TAO Automation Services - Consultant - Business Development (10-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Work with customers to create cutting edge digital operations solutions in the areas of revenue growth and cost containment.
2. Leading from the front, in one of the hottest business areas today in IT viz. Digital operations and Intelligent Automation.
3. Help expand TAO's market share by taking responsibility for acquiring business, always striving for more.
4. This role involves new business development and consulting in your personal capacity
5. Build deep, long-term relationships with existing and new clients
6. Manage the full business cycle
Required:
1.10 + years of direct business development and process consulting experience with segments such as GIC/Captives and large Indian enterprises
2. Ability to conceptualize solutions and services in discussion with clients
3. Negotiation skills on long term commercial contracts for solutions and services
4. Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding business targets
5. Ability to build strong working relationships with senior level Client Management
6. A structured BD process approach with a strong governance model
7. Graduate Degree in Engineering or Business, preferably with a Post Graduate MBA
