What you will be doing?

- Take custody of the marketing initiatives and PR for the vertical and align marketing initiatives to the overall business strategy

- Understanding the market and competition, know our target audience with a sharp focus on consumers, their needs and their buying criteria

- Partner management, developing strategies and executing them in the region for brand promotion, Point of Sale (POS) branding and lead generation.

- Define and document product hierarchy, messaging, core market differentiation

- Ensure positioning is consistently filtered through all channels - Paid, Earned & Owned Media (POEM) and communicated effectively to the target audience by developing a right marketing mix

- Generate engaging content to deliver high-quality product and sales collaterals (brochures, sales decks, newsletters, emailers etc.) as well as thought leadership materials in the form of videos, web pages to support demand generation campaigns and sales cycles

- Manage and execute on GTM strategy for relevant product portfolio, including new product launches and major releases

- Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns on digital and conventional media (Print, Outdoor, Radio etc.) with a set objective of demand generation / brand promotion etc. for the defined target audience within specified budgets through efficient media planning and buying.

- Support and work with Business Development on BTL and lead generation activities, including trade shows, hosted events, conducting seminars & presentations etc.

- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies (Email Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Facebook Advertising, Google PPC and Display Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube etc.) to amplify product positioning and differentiators, increase web traffic, drive user acquisition and audience engagement.

- Dealing with creative agencies, providing creative briefs and coordinating to get the creative jobs done within timelines; dealing with vendors for printing of POS material and negotiating with media agencies to obtain the best rates.

- Working with cross functional teams on diversification of product portfolio and promotion plan for new products

- Proficient with current versions of Corel and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator/ Dreamweaver)

- Good understanding of front end programming such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, mobile compatible web development technologies and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal.

- Own the corporate website. The incumbent will be expected to work with the web developer or an external agency to implement the best technologies in web development with the aim of providing the best User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI).

- Understands the CRM/LMS system, develop a strategy and works to make sure that the system delivers qualified inquiries and leads in a timely manner to the concern team/person.
