We are actively seeking a Sales Executive with prior experience in the US market. The Sales Manager will be responsible of developing and implementing sales strategies in order to increase revenue and market share in the United States. They will lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and sales targets are achieved.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective performance.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.

- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

- Manage the sales budget and ensure effective use of resources.

- Stay up to date with industry developments and trends.

- Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote the company and its products/services.

Skills :

- To interact with customers, colleagues, and subordinates, you must have excellent communication skills. This includes being able to communicate clearly, actively listen, and effectively negotiate.

- Have strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate their team. This includes the ability to set specific goals, provide constructive feedback, and appropriately delegate tasks.

- Develop and implement sales plans that align with business goals using a strategic mindset. This includes being able to analyze data, spot trends, and make sound decisions.

- A thorough understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, deal closing, and account management.

- To build and maintain long-term client relationships, you must have strong customer relationship management skills. This includes providing excellent customer service, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

- Capable of analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.

- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, sales automation tools, and data analytics tools should be familiar.

- Capable of adapting to changing market conditions and customer requirements. This includes the ability to quickly and effectively pivot their sales strategies.
