Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented assessment specialist to join our growing team. As a Talent Assessment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of AssessHub by acquiring new customers and expanding our presence in the market. Your primary focus will be on selling our range of talent assessment solutions to organizations across various industries.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, actively prospecting and identifying new business opportunities in the HR domain.

- Engage with key decision-makers, primarily HR professionals, to understand their talent assessment needs and demonstrate the value of AssessHub's solutions.

- Present and negotiate proposals, highlighting the benefits and ROI of our products and services.

- Leverage your existing network in the HR fraternity to expand our customer base and build strategic partnerships.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, consistently overachieving the set goals.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and maintain updated customer records in the CRM system.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to provide valuable insights and contribute to product enhancements.

Requirements :

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 1.5-2 years of tenure in the current company.

- Proven track record in CRM/ERP/HRMS/HRIS sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.

- Well-connected within the HR fraternity, possessing a strong network of industry professionals.

- Located in Mumbai or nearby areas.

- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively.

- Self-motivated and driven by achieving results, with a proactive and energetic approach to sales.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
