Taksh ITsolution is looking for young, dynamic, Self- motivated and Result Oriented IT Business Development & Sales Executive Candidates. As BD Executive (IT) you would be responsible for leading company's Business Development activities, BDM would be responsible for creating and then leading the implementation of company's business development strategy for business to achieve profitable growth. Desired Candidate will be responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales target by responding to all incoming inquiries to the business, writing proposals, meeting clients, converting bookings and coordinating all details relating to the event. The role will involve establishing goals and objectives for the Business Development team, Maintain regular sales. Work closely with the team and develop long term business.


- Minimum work experience of 2 years with a minimum of 6 months experience in field sales. Salary would be best in the industry + Attractive Incentives on completing the targets as defined by Management

- Study and frame a strategy for a perspective leads based on the research done and provide quality solutions for leads generation.

- Respond quickly and efficiently to all in- coming sales inquiries by telephone and email, preparing brochures as required, set up meeting and conduct meetings with clients

- Follow up all inquiries, preparing proposals where necessary

- Record the progress of all inquiries and develop the monthly report, including a source of business trends, future predicted sales, inquiry conversion rates, and other reports as directed by the sales manager.

- Create and implement strategy for repeat business by networking with current clients and their colleagues
