The selected candidate, with a minimum of one year of experience, will be a key player in identifying and onboarding new app and content vendors to enhance our service portfolio.
Responsibilities:
1.Market Research:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential app and content vendors aligned with Takeleap's strategic service objectives.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to stay abreast of market developments.
2.Vendor Identification and Outreach:
- Identify and assess potential app and content vendors based on predefined service criteria.
- Initiate contact with potential vendors, conduct initial discussions, and evaluate their compatibility with Takeleap's service offerings.
3.Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate closely with the sales, product development, and marketing teams to understand customer service requirements and align vendor offerings accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with the technical team to assess the service feasibility and compatibility of vendor solutions.
4.Proposal Development:
- Develop persuasive and detailed proposals for potential vendors, highlighting the benefits of collaboration with Takeleap and addressing their specific service needs.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Takeleap's technology services.
5.Presentation and Demonstration:
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential vendors, showcasing Takeleap's service capabilities and illustrating how they can contribute to the vendor's service success.
- Conduct service-related workshops as required.
6.Service Level Agreements (SLA) Development:
- Work with vendors to define and establish clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Collaborate with legal and technical teams to formalize SLAs that align with Takeleap's service standards.
7.Relationship Management:
- Nurture and maintain positive relationships with existing vendors, serving as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to address any service concerns or issues.
8.New Content and Technology Ideas
- Conduct market research on new content and technology concepts for the sales team to propose to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a presales or business development role within the technology services industry.
- Strong understanding of augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and related service technologies.
- Proven experience in identifying and onboarding new app and content vendors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide innovative service solutions.
- Knowledge of current market trends and competitive landscape in the technology services industry.
