Primary Responsibilities :
Curating and Approving Communications : Manage and approve daily and weekly email alerts and updates, ensuring accuracy and relevance of the content.
Proactive Client Engagement : Proactively reach out to clients through calls or emails to anticipate and address their needs before they arise.
24/7 Global Support : Provide round-the-clock support to global clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Executive Client Management : Engage confidently with C-suite executives from the largest organizations, demonstrating knowledge, interest, and experience in high-level interactions.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across different time zones.
- Experience in customer support, especially in a global setting.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
