Responsibilities :
- Managing the customer support team
- Planning and execution of the customer support strategy for onboarding and retention
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Maintain customer relationships, case histories and documentation
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Requirements :
- Experience in managing teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Sensitivity in working with multiple cultures and beliefs, and to gender equity and inclusivity
- Is comfortable giving feedback to young and older teachers to enhance program quality
- Is comfortable working in fast-paced, unconventional work environments
- Proactive, self-managed and comfortable taking responsibility on their own
- Strong planning and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and time-management
- Either 3+ years experience with customer support roles, or 1+ years as a analytical process owner
Good to have :
- Regional language proficiency
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar client facing process owner role
