Job : 

- We are looking for a high-performing Associate Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. 


- You will be responsible for maximizing our sales teams potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management. 


- The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and knows how to tap into their requirements and needs in an effective way. 


- Leadership qualities and team management skills are quintessential to the role.

Required Skills & Experience : 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent technology skills and use of web-based applications

- Confident speaker & passionate leader

- Highly creative with a focus on problem-solving

- Excellent organizational & time management skills

- Highly data-driven with keen data analysis skills

- Must have experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription-based product to a diverse customer base

- Proven track record of closing large and mid-size companies

- Sales experience focused on growing existing business or new business responsibilities

- Assist the management in developing business strategies that will help in achieving the sales targets outlined by the company

- Implement effective plans that will help team members improve the sales figures

- Come up with innovative techniques of selling to penetrate the market to increase the sales of the stabilized products as well as create a market for the newly launched products

- Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline.

- Provide necessary resources and support to the team members for maximum productivity.

- Constantly communicate with team members to actively resolve conflicts and issues.

- Tap the team's strengths and motivate them to improve on their weak points by providing the necessary training and resources

- Work cross-departmentally with Customer Success and other teams to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

- Provide appropriate feedback in the form of customer insights, forecasts and reports to the management regarding the teams performance.

- Actively lead in recruiting and training new sales professionals
