Job Title: Export Business Development Manager - FMCG Snack Food Business

Job Overview

Our FMCG snack food business is looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to lead our international sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our business in the GCC, Far East, Australia, Korea, and China. The Export Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities and meet company sales targets. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successful sales in the FMCG industry, experience in the export market, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our business in the GCC, Far East, Australia, Korea, and China.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and partners in the target markets.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and potential risks.

- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

- Develop pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable.

- Manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide leadership and support.

- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts and provide analysis of performance against targets.

- Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies and procedures

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a focus on export sales to the GCC, Far East, Australia, Korea, and China.

- Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the target markets.

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of export regulations and requirements.

- Ability to travel internationally as required.
