Roles & Responsibilities :
- Candidate should be from Malayalam & Tamil Language Proficiency. (Read, Write, Speak, Understand )
- Inbound / Outbound .
- Fresher also welcome with experience of above-mentioned language.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
Salary : Fresher, 12/14 k per month
Qualification : Any
- Work Days & Time Monday to Saturday ( 9.30 am to 6.30 pm )
