Job Overview :


- The Customer Relationship Executive will represent the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with businesses' products and services. To understand the requirements of the projects and to convey the same to the team and to ensure the project is delivered on time with all its requirements fulfilled along with documentation.

Responsibilities for Customer Relationship Executive :

1. Interact with clients and build relationships with them.

2. Understanding project requirements and ensuring the needs are being met.

3. Oversee a team of customer service Associate's and ensure they are providing an exceptional client experience.

4. Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner

5. Keep records and documentation of client interactions and prepare all the documentation related to requirements and execution.

6. Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement

7. Applying subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes.

8. Recommending technical solutions and determining software development requirements.

9. Providing subject expertise and guidance to IT developers during the software development life cycle.

10. Overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions.

11. Determining whether technical solutions meet defined requirements.

12. Verifying technical reference information, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements.

13. Ensuring accurate representation of expertise prior to the distribution of technical solutions to end-users.

14. Documenting processes and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications for Customer Relationship Executive :

1. 2+ years prior experience in customer facing roles

2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers

3. Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills and flexibility to work in different domains.

4. Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls

5. Superior organizational and time management skills

6. Ability to learn new technologies quickly

7. Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting-edge client experience.
