Syscon Solutions - Team Lead - Sales (2-3 yrs)
Looking for candidates having flair for selling and to lead the team in remote locations
The primary goal of this position is to develop, qualify and close deals
The scope of works includes:
Develop understanding of Syscon Cronus ERP software
Data Collection from public domains
Sending mails
Making calls
Provide relevant product information to the prospects
Setup remote demos
To provide initial demos and product overviews
Work closely with Product Team (who would provide remote demos)
Understand the prospect's scope of requirements
Work closely with Proposal teams (who will send the commercials)
Set and achieve targets
The work can be done from work location or remotely based on the choice of the applicant
Qualification : B Com, MBA or and other Graduation or PG with flair for Sales
Experience : 2-3 years of experience
Skills: Good oral and written communication. Fluency in English and Hindi.
