Synthesis - Telecaller/Telesales (1-5 yrs)
We currently have requirement for experienced Telesales personnel having good communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Answering questions about products or the company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirement :
- Min. one year experience in customer service/telesales
- Should be open to handle targets and deliverables.
- Candidate having exposure in Education Industry would be preferred.
