Hello Synkra Innovations is into managing E-Waste by recycling through authorized recyclers in an environmentally responsible manner. We are young organization founded by IIM Graduates with more than 10+ years of diverse experience

We have started our journey with a mission to create circular economy in managing E-waste while bridging the gap of accessibility and awareness in India. We collaborate with authorised collectors, dismantlers and recyclers in providing end-to-end solutions for e-waste management.

Job Description :

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a sales strategy along with lead generation.

Responsibilities :

- Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities

- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities

- Assess and analyse a prospects current process and requirement

- Identify partnership opportunities

- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand

- Maintain existing business

- Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree with 1-2 years equivalent experience,

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Focused and goal-oriented

CTC - Performance based pay (can earn upto 30k per month)
