Syngene - Junior Manager/Assistant Manager - Inside Sales (2-8 yrs)
- 2-7 years of experience in inside sales or business development dealing with Pharma/Biotech clients.
- Should have prior experience in lead generation in the US/EU markets.
- Identify potential customers through desk research and create email outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and qualify opportunities leading to business closure.
- Understand the customer's need and research area, and propose the best solution through consultative selling.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Should be proficient in sales strategy, cold calling, and email nurturing activities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is an advantage
