Synchronized - Key Account Manager - Sales - Warehouse Vertical (1-10 yrs)
Job Responsibility:-
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients of warehouse and company.
- Revenue Growth and P&L Of the Portfolios handled
- Costing, Negotiations and Contract Sign offs
- Retaining and growing existing base of business
- Driving performances and Service levels
- Engaging customers in monthly , quarterly and annual business reviews
- Managing Billing, Collections and reconciliation of portfolios handled
- Ensuring SOPs are followed and service level agreements are met.
- Handling customer escalation - preparing RCA and providing solutions to customer
