- We are looking to hire a Senior Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our product. You need to work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including customer knowledge base, internal product documentation, integration guides, API developer guides and in-platform documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements

- Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation

- Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage

- Publication of major feature releases for internal channels, user messages, newsletters etc.

- Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field

- 3-7 years of industry experience as a technical writer

- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics, and execute tasks independently.

- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment

Experience :

- 3-7 years as a Technical Content Writer preferably in a product company.

- The ideal candidate is a skilled wordsmith who has a sound experience with Enterprise SaaS products, a knack and love for writing, and a comprehensive understanding of technical products.

- The candidate would be required to submit a past report/blog/document written by him/her with the application.
