- We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of our business with Symbo partners.

- The ideal candidate should be apt in building strong relationships, has rock-solid diligence in work and should be able to work with multiple stakeholders together to ensure smooth functioning of business.

Job Description

- The candidate will take care of the Affinity Partners Relationships

- Will work in close co-ordination with the Partner, Tech, Product, Customer Service and other relevant stakeholders to ensure customer success

- In depth understanding, consistently maintaining a working knowledge of the client whilst managing expectations and the introduction of new product features.

- Will be required to continuously engage with customers to ensure adoption, education and cross-sell funnels work well

- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

- Excellent communication skills, great presentation skills

- Extremely persistent in approach

- Strong growth hacking and problem-solving skills

- Individuals should have good communication skills both English and Hindi

- Individuals must be dynamic, team player and should be with a go getter attitude

- Individuals should be open to work under pressure & have learning bend of mind for newer products and solutions

- Individuals should also have great operational skills to execute the deployment and internally liaison with different teams

- Good with crunching numbers and driving insights
