Symbo - Key Account Manager (5-9 yrs)

- For direct insurance, it helps source & design risk-appropriate insurance coverage for clients, build distribution & affinity networks to drive large scale insurance penetration and offer policy administration & claims assistance services.
- For reinsurance, our thought leading technology platform is a comprehensive workflow automation solution built to digitize and facilitate the exchange of complex re-insurance transactions amongst cedants, re-insurers & brokers.
- We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of our business with Symbo partners.
- The ideal candidate should be apt in building strong relationships, has rock-solid diligence in work and should be able to work with multiple stakeholders together to ensure smooth functioning of business.
Designation - Key Account Manager
- The candidate will take care of the Affinity Partners Relationships
- Will work in close co-ordination with the Partner, Tech, Product, Customer Service and other relevant stakeholders to ensure customer success
- In depth understanding, consistently maintaining a working knowledge of the client whilst managing expectations and the introduction of new product features.
- Will be required to continuously engage with customers to ensure adoption, education and cross-sell funnels work well
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
