Mobile gaming has come of age and has matured to be considered for marketing investments. Even in India, it is more mainstream than most marketers realize. Today, ~50% of India's smartphone users are gamers. Thanks to affordable smartphones & broadband connection. Not only youngsters but people across age groups are now playing games. Not surprising, if you haven't heard about SWOO. We have been silently building a platform, while our peers were busy building games. Games come & go, but platforms stay longer.

SWOO is a gaming app which has content for people across age groups and gender. Today SWOO has 500K daily active users(DAU) between 18-35 years age.- We are on track to have 5 million DAU in 2019.

Role Requirements :

- Bachelor/ Master Degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales from Entertainment/ Gaming/ Advertising background.

- A strategic thinker with good communication, persuasion & negotiation skills.

- Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written), be comfortable in a high-volume fast-paced environment.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly recognize patterns.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for getting sponsorships and partnerships for Swoo Game properties.

- Proactively and effectively prospect and generate new leads through multiple channels: Emails, Social and Outbound Calls. Maintain and expand our database of prospects.

- Follow up with potential customers to assist them with queries & steer them through our sales pipeline.

- Educate and nurture prospects, set up next level discussion with the field sales team.

- Pay close attention to customer feedback & share with the sales team.

- Will be responsible to manage Monthly, Quarterly & Annual goals towards new acquisitions as well as revenue.
