Job Title - International Technical Sales Manager

Location - Hyderabad, India

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented IT Sales Professional to join our organisation. As an IT Sales Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the sales function within the company. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and to support the organisation's goals and objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Sales Leadership : Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the IT product sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and coordinate with the international clients.

Closing deals: Handling and closing international sales deals.

Setting up KPIs for the sales team.

Handling inbound and outbound leads from global customers. Making relationships with them.

Handling end-to-end sales cycle.

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the IT product segment.

Team Development: Train, mentor and coach the sales team to maximise their potential and ensure their success.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Performance Monitoring:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement initiatives.

Sales Forecasting:Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets and reports to assist in business planning and decision making.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective sales efforts.

Customer Advocacy: Promote customer advocacy and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.

Team building: Building and developing a cohesive sales team.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven track record of success in IT product sales with a minimum of 4+ years of experience.

- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and emerging technologies.

- Result oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
