Switchme - Advisory Role - Sales - Home Loan Segment (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- The candidate will provide home loan advisory to customer of partner builder
- Check financials of customer and provide home loan solution
- Cordinate with builder sales and crm for lead and status update
- Create robust sales pipeline from the leads provided and do constant follow up with potential customers
- Maintain customer details in systems/dashboard in manner instructed.
- Coordinate with other teams to provide excellent service to customer
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate must have Good communication and convincing skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates that have knowledge about Home Loans
- Ability to work well with people, both internally and with the external customers.
- Prioritize assignments, follow-up to ensure task completion, and manage multiple projects.
