Swastika Investmart - Manager - Client Communication & Engagement (1-2 yrs)
Swastika Investmart Limited is a BSE listed company seeking an individual with exceptional Hindi and English communication skills, a solid grasp of marketing automation tools, and proficiency in customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate should be adept at working with business numbers, contributing to effective communication strategies across digital channels to meet company goals and enhance brand image.
Location: Indore (WFO)
Immediate joiner would be first reference.
Planning - Create engagement for clients at every step of their journey on web and app, what communication should be sent through which mode of channel? Should know which mode works best for which stage, a client is in.
Key responsibilities include creating targeted engagement campaigns, planning communication strategies, analyzing performance by data of events, metrics, and conceptualizing innovative client engagement methods. From all the marketing channels - email/SMS/WhatsApp/push notifications/in-app messaging etc.
Communication and Engagement campaign - should be very clear with the purpose and content that what has to be sent? Campaign can come up with several offers, research, upsell, new launch, do's and don'ts, etc.
Analyzing - The KPIs would include, percentage of customers activated, percentage of customers retained through marketing automation tools. Analyze the performance of each communication and changing it accordingly. Prepare the summarize report on the basis of customers' actions to enhance the communication strategy.
Designing and Conceptualizing - Collaborate with in-house design and editing teams to conceptualize visually appealing content. Ensure logical alignment with the company's goals and strategy, uplifting the brand image in every communication.
