Position Overview :

As a Telecaller for IT International Sales, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and drive sales for IT services in international markets through outbound calling. You will be part of a sales team and will be required to effectively communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and promote the organization's IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients in international markets to generate new leads for IT products and services

- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the organization's IT products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.

- Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches over the phone to promote IT solutions and generate interest among potential clients.

- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with prospects to build and nurture relationships, answer their queries, and address their concerns.

- Needs Analysis: Conduct needs assessments and gather relevant information from potential clients to identify their specific IT requirements and offer suitable solutions.

- Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations based on the identified needs of potential clients.

- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently converting leads into sales and closing deals.

- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports for management review.

- Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, post-sales, and technical teams, to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Tele caller or Sales Representative in the IT industry, preferably with international sales exposure.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional telephone manner.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to influence potential clients and close deals.

- Good understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.

- Familiarity with CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.

- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.

- Self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and achieving results.

- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a large volume of leads and sales activities.

- Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially languages spoken in the target international markets.
