What we expect from you :
- Familiarity with selling transformative software and SaaS/PaaS solutions
- Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
- Understanding of the business issues impacting large enterprise organisations with ability to educate/evangelise and so generate opportunities out of this knowledge.
- Experience of managing large complex account relationships.
- Strong network of contacts across enterprise organizations in respective region
- Ability to work credibly at all levels, especially at CXO level.
- Self-starter able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to know when to seek guidance.
- Self-critical and eager to improve and optimise the sales processes and tools.
- Strong customer references
- Availability to travel
