Position Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and sales, with a keen interest in the HR tech industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the latest trends.
- Create engaging content for our social media handles and other marketing materials.
- Assist in the development and testing of marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Proactively engage with prospective clients through phone calls and emails to initiate product trials.
Required Skills :
- Ability to think critically and creatively to develop effective marketing strategies and test scenarios.
- Proficient in managing and growing social media presence across multiple platforms
- Proactively engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails to initiate product trials.
- Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of engaging customers and articulating content clearly and effectively.
- Should demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field with 0-2 years of experience.
- Previous internship experience in digital marketing or sales is highly desirable.
Job Type : Full Time
Stipend : 2 Months unpaid training and subsequently 1.2 LPA + Success Bonus.
