Your Role :

- As our Social Media Specialist, your extensive experience will go beyond fulfilling a role; it will actively shape our future collectively. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve company objectives and KPIs.

- Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms-LinkedIn and Insta largely.

- Manage, monitor, and optimize social media profiles and pages to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

- Schedule and publish social media posts, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.

- Conduct audience research to identify and understand our target demographics and tailor content accordingly.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and animations.

- Monitor social media analytics and generate reports to measure the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights for improvement.

- Run paid social media advertising campaigns and manage budgets to achieve ROI.

- Engage with influencers and manage influencer partnerships to enhance brand credibility and reach.

- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

- Implement crisis management strategies to address any negative or controversial online content effectively.

What We're Looking For :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role.

- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as LinkedIn, Instagram etc.

- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling, error-free content.

- Adept at photo and video editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite.

- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithm changes.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience in running and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to create engaging content.

- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
