Sales Development Representative-Outbound Tele caller

- As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads through proactive outbound efforts. Your Role :

- As our Sales Development Representative, your extensive experience will go beyond fulfilling a role; it will actively shape our future collectively. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities :

Prospecting :

- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to identify and qualify potential leads.

- Research and gather information on target companies and decision-makers to tailor outreach strategies.

Lead Qualification :

- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify their interest, and identify opportunities for collaboration.

- Utilize qualifying criteria to determine if leads are a good fit for further engagement by the sales team.

Sales Pitch :

- Deliver compelling and concise pitches to prospects, highlighting the benefits and value of our products or services.

- Effectively communicate key selling points and overcome objections to generate interest.

CRM Management :

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the -Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outbound strategies with overall business objectives.

- Provide valuable insights from prospect interactions to enhance marketing and sales strategies.

Performance Metrics :

- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly outbound activity and lead qualification targets.

- Regularly analyze and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of outbound efforts.

- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar role.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Additional Information :

- This is a full-time position & Onsite based in Gurgaon

- Reporting to- Head -Sales

- Travel may be required for industry events etc.
