- As a Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving individual sales targets through outbound strategies. This role requires a self-motivated and results-driven professional with a proven track record in outbound sales. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Your Role :
- As our Sales Manager, your extensive experience will go beyond fulfilling a role; it will actively shape our future collectively. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Execution :
- Conduct outbound sales calls and outreach to potential customers to generate leads and secure sales.
- To establish sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, Outreach and Prospecting.
- Build a corporate database and be responsible for the entire sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure and then account management.
- Identify Key Decision Makers by performing research and using prospecting tools.
- Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
- Target a specific set of customers and figure out a way to reach out to the decision maker and close the deal.
- Drive partnerships that can help with lead generation and consequently deal closures.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
Pipeline Management :
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to track progress and prioritize efforts for maximum efficiency.
- Utilize CRM tools to input, track, and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
Product Knowledge :
- Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
Continuous Learning :
- Proactively seek opportunities for professional development to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Customer Engagement :
- Foster positive relationships with potential and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up.
What We're Looking For :

- Master's Degree in Sales & Marketing/Business.
- 5+ years' experience in a Corporate Sales position, preferably having banking sales/sales in MICE/Recruitment Sales or Management/Strategy consulting sales will be considered.
- Experience with Corporate Sales, Account Management and Outreach
- Strong Communication skills (written & verbal), presentation skills and client relationship management are a must for this position
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
Additional Information :
- This is a full-time position & Onsite based in Bangalore, Delhi & Mumbai.
- Job Type : Full Time
- Reporting to Head Sales
- Travel is mandatory for this position.
