- We are looking for a driven and experienced individual to join our team as an International Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in international sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role :

- As our Manager - International Sales, your extensive experience will go beyond fulfilling a role; it will actively shape our future collectively. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Execution :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate international markets and achieve revenue targets.

- Identify and prioritise target countries and regions for expansion, and establish relationships with key stakeholders.

- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with international clients and partners.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for international sales initiatives, including marketing, product development, and customer support.

- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and product enhancement.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Pipeline Management :

- Build and manage a sales pipeline to track progress and prioritize efforts for maximum efficiency.

- Utilize CRM tools to input, track, and manage customer interactions and sales activities.

Product Knowledge :

- Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.

Continuous Learning :

- Proactively seek opportunities for professional development to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry trends.

Customer Engagement :

- Foster positive relationships with potential and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up.

What We are Looking For :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in international sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English

- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools preferred.

- Willingness to work in the UK/US shift and travel internationally as required.

Additional Information :

- This is a full-time position & Onsite based in Gurgaon.

Job Type : Full Time

Reporting to : Head Sales

- Travel will be there as and when required.
