Job description :

- Hi - we're Swageazy! Founded in 2021 by 2 ex-uber folks who struggled to put together swag/gifts for their teams and took in their own hands to solve this for everybody. We have now grown to be a 40-member team growing super-fast backed by top investors like InfoEdge, Anicut and Huddle.

- Every year $5B is spent on corporate gifts, whether it be welcoming new hires to the team, engaging customers for their loyalty, celebrating a milestone, or engaging event attendees. All of this happens without any scalable and efficient way to do so, we are here to change that.

- Swageazy is simplifying the process and enabling companies to put their relationship building with their employees/customers on auto mode. We are bringing joy back to gifting.

Responsibilities :

What you have to do :

- Drive sales, aggressively expand the customer base and generate new revenue.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise size businesses.

- Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific requirements and onboard them on the platform.

- Contact prospects from personally generated research to build a robust sales pipeline.

- Develop and implement a scalable sales process from prospecting/demand generation till contract execution.

- Hire, train and lead a team of high-performing SDR's, Customer Success Reps, and Account Executives as the company grows.

- Work with internal team members to ensure successful on-boarding and implementation for new clients.

- Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.

- Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development.

- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives.

What you will bring :

Requirements :

- Master's degree in business or related field.

- 7+ years' experience in a Corporate Sales position, preferably selling SaaS solutions with high order values. Also, experience in sales, Banking Sales, Hospitality Sales, Job Site Sales, HRMS, Media Sales and start up experience will be adding value.

- Record of exceeding sales quotas. Has extensive experience in working in the India market.

- Experience with both inside and outside sales, including lead generation and outbound.

- Team Handling experience is Must.

- Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and us.

- Exceptional in-person, verbal and written communication skills a must (comfortable presenting alone in front of large groups)

- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment were self-motivated individuals.

- Established relationships with Senior and C-level executives
