We are seeking a motivated and creative Intern/Associate - Inside Sales to join our team. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of sales and business development. You will work closely with our sales team to learn the ins and outs of inside sales processes, techniques, and tools while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Your Role :

As our Intern/Associate, you won't just be filling a role; you'll be shaping the future. Your responsibilities will include :

- Curations : Collaborate with the team to understand client preferences, source high-quality gifts, design customized corporate packages, maintain inventory, ensure quality, assist with orders, contribute innovative ideas, stay updated with industry trends, handle administrative tasks, and manage client relationships.

- Lead Generation : Assist in identifying and researching potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry-specific databases.

- Prospecting : Conduct outreach to potential customers through email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our products/services and qualify leads.

- Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary information, collateral, and resources to engage potential customers effectively.

- Customer Engagement : Maintain communication with leads and existing customers to build and nurture relationships, address their inquiries, and provide information about our products and services.

- Sales Calls : Participate in sales calls with senior team members to observe and learn effective sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.

- Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and interactions in our CRM system.

- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to contribute to sales strategy development.

- Reporting : Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales pipeline progress.

- Training : Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop sales skills, product knowledge, and familiarity with sales tools.

- Sales Support : Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts as needed.

What We are Looking For :

- Currently enrolled noncompleted a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Creative and able to think outside the box when curating gift packages.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.

- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.

- Basic understanding of sales principles and processes is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.

Duration : The internship position is for 3 months, with the possibility of permanent role offer based on performance after 3 months.

Location: Corporate Office- Gurugram.
