Swadhaar FinAccess (SFA) is not for profit organization (Est. 2005) based in Mumbai, India aiming for financial inclusion through the imparting of financial education and the facilitation of access to financial services to the urban low-income communities.


- Swadhaar FinAccess (SFA) has initiated Financial Inclusion and Literacy Centres (FILCs), this is an innovative concept aimed at financial inclusion and financial literacy of low income communities. As steps towards digitization we have developed award winning apps Swadhaar Saathi (Money management app for low income communities) and Swadhaar Dost (for field workers). We aim to scale up penetration of these apps. We have different financial literacy initiatives in in Mumbai, Gujarat, Rajsathan and Bihar. We are also in the process of taking up some more large projects in different states.

- Along with the social mission, the organization also believes in sustainability and scalability of the programmes. You will be part of the innovative and dynamic team and have the advantage of leading and scaling up the programme.

Job Description :

Designation : Senior Manager Content and Communication

Responsibilities :

- Developing communication strategy for the organization which ( includes communication to funders, corporates, government, for business development, Swadhaar Saathi App engagement)

- Manage team comprising of content and learning and development

- Develop quality contact with different stake holders and identify exact needs to create user friendly and effective content.

- Write and edit creative and technical content for proposals, reports, website, annual reports, collatarals including brochures, success stories, articles, process manuals etc

- Develops and writes regular newsletters addressed to internal and external customers.

- Coordinate with design agencies for the materials

Note: The role demands active engagement in writing and editing along with management and monitoring.

Skills :

- Excellent oral and written skills

- Content and related documentation must be from the perspective of the end user

- Ability to work in a team and with limited supervision

- Good presentation skills

- Should have Good computer skills

Qualifications & Experience :

- Education: Any Graduate, post graduate with communication background preferred

- Essential : Should have a minimum of 10 years of experience

Mandatory :

Preparing strategy and plans, Developing content for Annual report, Website, Funding proposal, News letter, Social media, Manuals, Corporate PPT, Board Meeting Report, Client Story, Instructional writing.
