SW Cybernetics - Category Manager - eCommerce Vertical (2-7 yrs)
- The E-commerce Category Manager will be responsible for improving and optimizing the e-commerce user experience by creating, managing, and executing product strategies. The role requires a strong understanding of the online customer journey, working with designers to create an intuitive user experience, analyzing website data to identify opportunities for improvement, and managing promotional campaigns.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop product strategies that align with the overall business goals.
2. Analyze website performance data to identify opportunities for improvement in the user experience.
3. Set up and maintain product categories on the e-commerce platform.
4. Manage product selection, pricing, promotions, and other elements of the category.
5. Monitor competitor activity and adjust product strategy accordingly.
6. Collaborate with designers to create an intuitive user experience.
7. Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that drive sales.
8. Identify new products or services that could benefit customers.
9. Analyze customer feedback and reviews to improve products and services.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 2+ years of experience
