The Role :
We are looking to add an enthusiastic and passionate Social Media enthusiast to our team to drive engagement and initiatives across various communities and platforms.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute innovative campaigns to enhance social media presence, including conceptualizing the social content calendar, curating engaging content, and planning promotions and contests.
2. Manage social handles, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate campaign-specific content such as social graphics, animated GIFs, and short-form videos across channels.
3. Monitor campaign performances, conduct in-depth analysis, and provide comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness, aiming to maximize results.
4. Optimize brand visibility, reinforce brand positioning, and drive meaningful engagement on social media by consistently maintaining hoichoi's social presence
5. Undertake research to gain deeper insights into online conversations related to the Bengali media and entertainment industry, staying ahead of trends and opportunities.
What makes you a great fit?
1. Relevant experience in social media, preferably from a digital media agency/E-commerce/Media & Entertainment background would be preferred
2. Bachelor's/ Master's degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, communications, or any other related field would be preferred
3. You are an excellent communicator and creative thinker and proficient in Bengali
This role will be based in Kolkata.
