The Role :

The Performance Marketing manager will be responsible for building the overall strategy, roadmap, implementing plans and managing marketing campaigns to drive acquisition of users through various digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities :

1) Build a strong Performance Marketing strategy for hoichoi to reach its target audience at scale to deliver growth at optimum costs

2) Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including affiliates, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising

3) Develop and manage marketing budgets and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data and analytics

4) Identify new marketing opportunities and channels to drive business growth

5) Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors

6) Implement best measurement frameworks, drive a mindset of building a pipeline of multiple experiments in digital marketing to drive growth

7) Measure and report performances of all digital marketing campaigns using different analytics and attribution tools to assess against goals and business impact

8) Plan and forecast monthly, quarterly, annual acquisition numbers and cost

9) Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

10) Manage internal and external stakeholders, affiliate partners & agency relationships

Must have skills :

1) 1 - 3 years of proven growth hacking experience in a fast paced startup environment

2) Knowledge of Analytics, Attribution and Planning tools (such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, Clevertap etc). Can leverage data and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations

3) Collaborate with cross functional teams across the company to ensure alignment on growth marketing efforts
