Svf Entertainment - Executive - Channel Sales/Partner Sales - hoichoi (1-3 yrs)

Primary Objective :
- Assist in achieving the subscription, revenue, distribution width, dealer expansion and bulk business parameters of the assigned territory.
Responsibilities :
- Dealer appointment to attain market penetration target
- Partner/retailer management for monthly sales (Revenue)
- Partner primary (hoichoi Recharge)
- Training of the partner & retailer
- Assist partners in handling local promotions/POS communication and utilization
- Monitor the merchandizers in ensuring the POS utilization and visibility in the marketplace
- Provide timely and structured feedback - from trade/ consumers
- Assist the Manager in achieving the corporate sales & modern trade sales
Desired Skillset :
- Effective communication and networking skill with relevant experience in partner sales preferably in telecom industry
- Must be proficient in Bengali and English
- Customer focused attitude
- This role requires travel as per requirement (Howrah, Hooghly, East & West Midnapore, Kolkata)
