Responsibilities :
1. Execute social media operations, encompassing content management, scheduling, and posting across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
2. Monitor social media channels actively, engaging with the audience, and promptly responding to messages/comments.
3. Assist in formulating and executing social media strategies aimed at amplifying brand presence and fostering engagement.
4. Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions effectively.
5. Track and analyze social media metrics rigorously to optimize performance and glean insights for future strategies.
Desired Skillset :
1. Proficient in executing social media operations, with hands-on experience in content management and scheduling.
2. Demonstrated strong understanding of social media platforms, including current trends and best practices.
3. Fluency in Bengali and a deep understanding of Bengali film and web content are essential requirements for this role.
